And well here, it is done!   inotti.com was born at the end of 2003. 

 

inotti.com is first of all a council and service company to the companies and the people, specialized in the purchases and the relation acheteur/vendor.

But it is also a Web site  which has the ambition to help the purchaser in the decisions that it must daily take using accessible tools on line.

 

Com' inotti is our newsletter. The feature of union by which you    , will be informed of our activity, and which will treat, according to case's, of subjects of topicality or thematic purchase.

An activity in three axes

The fields of competences of inotti.com are the purchases and the relation acheteur/vendor, his activity is declined according to three axes: the council, formation and the professional coaching.

 

The activity of council can take several forms:

- directed over the past and the present, inotti.com can carry out one audit of the function purchase and its current performance

- directed towards the future, inotti.com can help you in your changes of organization

- focused on a project, inotti.com can bring a methodological support to you

 

The training can also be given in various forms:

- in "inter", i.e. gathering participants belonging to various companies, of "will intra" i.e. within only one company or P2P (person to person), i.e. into individual 

- it can be "masterly" as at the university, "traditional" based on presentations and exchanges dynamic or "ludic", based then on and the setting role play in situation.

 

The professional coaching can be requested by the company with the profit of an employee, in order to help it in a catch of station for example, to support it during one time of structural or organisational changes, or the "remotiver" after a certain seniority at the station.

But the employee also can, on a purely individual basis and in perfect confidentiality, to call upon the coach in these same situations...

The objective in the very short term, is to provide, on line on the site inotti.com, a certain number of tools coming to assistance with the purchaser. 

These tools will have to respect the general philosophy of the site, i.e. to be simple, pragmatic and useful.

 

Currently under development, they will not be can be not accessible still to the moment when you will read these lines. But we will not fail to make known to you their startup.

 

 

 

THE PROFESSIONAL COACHING, BUT STILL?

A professional guide with an external glance

 

Who didn't wish a day to have a qualified opinion on a precise situation, almost on line? The professional coaching makes it possible to answer this waiting. 

After having validated competence necessary with coaché and/or the organization customer, the coach attempts to follow the actions of coaché, with its agreement. It delivers then an opinion, a council or an assistance to him, directly in relation to the mission.

If necessary, it can even assist coaché. Within the framework of an important negotiation for example. But the responsibility for the decisions taken will remain always for coaché, as well as the bay-trees of a particularly positive action for the organization.

It is a question here of approaching simply but effectively the methodological, tactical or strategic aspects with which coaché can be confronted in practice of its trade.

Emilio Cominotti exerted during nearly 10 years of the stations with responsibility in the purchases, and about as much in the sale. It formed part of the staff of decision makers of grosses and very large SME, leaders in their branch of industry (2nd work of the building, electronics, furnishs...). It for this reason set up several organizations and quality systems at the purchases.

It framed and animated many purchasers, and salesmen. Since 1997, it intervenes in vocational trainings, in particular with the ESAP (Higher School of the Professional Purchasers) and with the UHA (University of High Alsace). It personally contributed to the formation of almost 500 purchasers.

If inotti.com is geographically localised in Alsace, precisely in Haguenau, its interventions can be done on a European scale.
